REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

We offer a 14 day return period. Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

Product Nature and Return Conditions Our store specializes in the sale of unique vintage garments. Due to the nature of these products, returns are accepted exclusively in the event of significant defects that were not clearly disclosed in the product description or visible in the product photographs at the time of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn, unused, and unwashed. It must have all original tags firmly attached, be in its original packaging, and be accompanied by a receipt or valid proof of purchase.

Exclusions and Limitations Returns are not accepted in cases of incorrect size selection, fit not meeting personal expectations, or minor signs of wear that are consistent with the vintage nature of the item and were already described or photographed in the product listing. Sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are also excluded from returns. Customers are strongly encouraged to carefully review all product descriptions, measurements, and photographs prior to completing their purchase. Our team remains available to provide clarification or additional measurements before an order is placed.

Return Procedure and Mandatory Documentation To initiate a return request, customers must contact us at resellingita007@gmail.com. To be processed, the request must include clear photographs of the defect encountered, photographs of the original packaging showing the shipping label, and an overall photograph of the item confirming that the original tags are still attached. Requests submitted without the required visual documentation will not be processed. All returns must be approved in advance. Items sent back without prior Return Merchandise Authorization will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping and Customs Duties All return shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and we do not provide prepaid return labels or cover return shipping expenses under any circumstances. Approved returns must be shipped to the following address in China: Guangdong Province, Shenzhen City, Yide International, C2, Xinzhi Industrial Park, Zhongxing Road, Banqiao Street, Longgang District. Customers must use a trackable shipping service as we assume no responsibility for items lost or undelivered during transit. Should the Chinese customs authorities apply any import duties or taxes to receive the returned package, such amounts will be deducted from the customer's final refund.

EU Right of Withdrawal For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. It is understood that even in cases of EU withdrawal, the item must meet the integrity conditions outlined above and the costs of international shipping to China remain entirely the responsibility of the consumer.

Refunds Once your return is received and the request is finalized, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us for assistance.
